Yes! All meal plans include breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner — pure vegetarian, freshly prepared, and included in your monthly rent.
We have 24/7 CCTV surveillance, biometric entry system, female wardens on duty round the clock, strict visitor management, and fire safety systems across all floors.
Yes, family members and female friends can visit during designated hours (10 AM – 7 PM). All visitors must register at the reception and carry a valid ID. Male guests are not permitted inside the building but can meet in the reception area.
Absolutely. We offer high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and a dedicated quiet study area with ample lighting and seating. Individual study desks in rooms are also provided.
The security deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent, refundable at the time of move-out (subject to room inspection and notice period).
Single and double-sharing rooms come with AC. Triple-sharing rooms have fan cooling with an optional AC upgrade at an additional cost.
Residents are not permitted to cook in the rooms for safety reasons. However, our kitchen provides fresh meals four times a day. A microwave and water dispenser are available in the common area.

We accept both short-term (minimum 1 month) and long-term stays. Monthly residents receive discounted rates compared to daily or weekly bookings.
